Ingredients:-
For Sweet Chutney:-
250 gms. Seedless Dates (soaked in water for 1 hour)
1 cup Jaggery
1 tbsp. Cumin Powder
1 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder
½ tbsp. Coriander Powder
A pinch of Turmeric Powder
A pinch of Asafoetida
Lemon juice of 2½ Lemons

For Spicy Green Chutney:-
4 garlic pods
1 tsp. Cumin
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
1 cup Peanuts
¼ tsp. Sugar
Water
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Asafoetida


Method:-
Sweet Chutney:-
1. In a pressure cooker add 1 cup water.
2. Add 1 cup jaggery to the soaked dates and pressure cook for 3 whistles and let it cool down to room temperature.
3. Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and lemon juice and mix well.
4. Mix all this in a mixer/grinder and Sweet Dates Chutney is ready to use for your favourite chaat recipes.

Spicy Green Chutney:-
1. In a mixer/grinder add garlic pods, cumin, green chillies, peanuts, sugar, water and grind well.
2. Now add curry leaves, coriander leaves, asafoetida, salt and grind well.
3. Spicy green chutney is ready to be used on your favourite chaat recipes.
