✍INGREDIENTS( सामग्री ) :

6 pieces banana (केले)
1/2 cup mustard seed (सरसों के बीज)
10-15 garlic cloves (लहसुन की कलियाँ)
5 red chilies (लाल मिर्च)
2 tablespoons cumin seeds (जीरा)
1 teaspoon red chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
4 tablespoons gram flour (बेसन)
1/2 tablespoon salt (नमक)


Instructions :

Step 1: Peel and chop the raw bananas into small cubes. Soak them in water to prevent browning.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, and let them splutter.

Step 3:Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.

Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili, and coriander powder. Cook until tomatoes soften.

Step 5: Drain the banana cubes and add them to the pan. Mix well, cover, and cook on low heat until bananas are tender.

Step 6: Season with salt, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve hot with chapati or rice.
