✍INGREDIENTS:

1. 3 raw potatoes (3 कच्चे आलू)
2. 1 medium-sized onion (प्याज़)
3. 1 tsp coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
4. 1/2 tsp carom seeds (अजवाइन)
5. 1 tsp whole cumin seeds (साबुत जीरा)
6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
7. 1 tsp chaat masala (चाट मसाला)
8. 1 tsp crushed red chili (कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च)
9. 1 tbsp salt, or to taste (नमक)
10. 4 tbsp cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर)
11. 2 tbsp rice flour (चावल का आटा)
12. 1 tbsp oil (तेल)


Instructions :

1. Peel and crush 3 raw potatoes.
2. Wash the crushed potatoes 2-3 times with water and squeeze out the excess water.
3. Add 1 medium-sized crushed onion to the potatoes.
4. Mix in the following spices:
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp crushed red chili
- 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
5. Add 4 tbsp cornflour and mix well.
6. Add 2 tbsp rice flour for crispiness and mix again to form a dough.
7. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and spread it evenly.
8. Spread the dough in the pan and cook on one side until golden brown.
9. Flip and cook the other side until done.
10. Once cooked, remove from the pan and serve with chutney.
