Here is a unique twist to your favorite Potato Sabzi. Lasooni Batata is a dry potato recipe made with onion-tomato puree, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garlic, and mashed potatoes. Ingredients:-
1 Onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
Potatoes smashed
1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Garlic, finely chopped
Method:-
In a bowl containing mashed potatoes add onion-tomato puree, red chilli powder, salt, mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, let it change color and add the potato mixture, mix well.
Close the lid and cook it for 15-20 minutes on low flame.
Pour some oil at the border, close the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Our Lasooni Batata is ready, let's plate it and garnish it with coriander leaves.
