Ingredients:-
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Fennel seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
2 Green Chillies, chopped
Curry leaves
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Beaten Curd
2 tbsp Jaggery
4-5 Guava, chopped
1/2 cup Water
Coriander for garnishing
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, asafoetida, green chillies, curry leaves, tomato, mix well.
Close the lid and cook it until the tomato is done.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
Add curd, mix well and add jaggery.
Add guava, water and mix well.
Close the lid and let it cook for 15 minutes.
Garnish it with coriander and our Peru Bhaji is ready to eat.
