Ingredients:-
2 tbsp. Oil
1 tbsp. Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
3 onions, finely chopped
½ tsp. Asafoetida
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves
½ cup Horse Gram flour mixed with water
1 tsp. Mix Masala
Method:-
- In a pan heat oil and saute ginger-garlic-chilli paste, onions, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt, coriande leaves until the onion turns soft.
- Mix the horse gram flour with water to form a thick paste making sure no lumps are formed.
- Pour the mixture in the pan followed by mix masala and stir until the mixture is thick.
- Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
