1 cup Yellow Pigeon Peas (soaked)
1 cup Yellow Split Gram (soaked)
1 Raw Mango (chopped)
3 Green Chillies (slit)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
2 tbsp Oil
5 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
10-15 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
3-4 Dry Red Chillies
2 Green Chillies
¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 Onion (sliced)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Garam Masala
¼ tsp Coriander & Cumin Powder
¼ Raw Mango (chopped)
1 Tomato (sliced)
Jaggery
