आज स्मिता देव यांच्यासोबत शिका पौष्टिक मुळ्याची भाजी बनवण्याची सोपी पद्धत.

Radish is one of the most nutritious vegetables available in the market. It's benefits lie in its body and its leaves as well. Mulyachi bhaji is a flavourful Radish dish, and it goes best with Chapati.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 6 Garlic Cloves(crushed)
- 4 Green Chillies
- 2 Onions(chopped)
- 1 cup White Radish(leaves)
- 1 cup White Radish (grated)
- Salt
- 1 cup Coconut(grated)

Method:
1. In a wok heat oil; add garlic cloves and saute it till the cloves turn slightly pink
2. Now, add green chillies, chopped onions, and saute it till it changes its color
3. Add white radish leaves to the wok and saute it for a minute
4. Now, add grated white radish to the wok and mix all of this together
5. Add salt now; mix it and cook it on a medium flame for around 10-15 minutes
6. Now add grated coconut to the wok and mix all of this again
7. Now, turn off the gas and remove it in a serving bowl
