Ingredients:-
4 tbsp. Oil
15 petals of Garlic
20-25 curry leaves
1 cup Raw peanuts
1 cup pigeon pea (Toor Dal)
2 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder

Method:-
- In a pan heat oil and add garlic, curry leaves, peanuts and cook until the peanuts turn red.
- Now add toor dal and roast until it turns red.
- Add red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
- Turn the flame off and add Churmure/Kurmure/Puffed Rice to the pan and mix thoroughly.
