00:00On the importance of exercise and sports, and whether mineral exercise can help improve the physical strength of athletes?
00:07Can exercise increase muscle mass?
00:09Hello, this is Koby Ezra, your health and fitness expert.
00:13Exercise is essential for different physical activities such as dieting, weight loss support, injury treatment, etc.
00:20All these are essential for better athletic performance.
00:23Studies have shown that exercise plays a role in increasing the levels of hormones and anabolics in our bodies.
00:28It is important to say that exercise is involved in reducing fatigue, which can help with faster muscle rejuvenation
00:34and in reducing muscle pain after intensive training.
00:38Studies have shown that exercise plays a role in increasing the levels of three anabolic hormones in our bodies,
00:43the most important of which is testosterone, the same type of hormone,
00:47a type of insulin that is called IGF-1, or insulin-like growth factor-1, and the growth hormone.
00:56In fact, a number of studies have found that low levels of IGF-1 were correlated with low levels of testosterone in the serum,
01:04which can have a major impact on many aspects of athletic performance, such as strength training, fat percentage in the body, and muscle rejuvenation.
01:13After physical activity, both the total testosterone in the serum and the free testosterone in the serum,
01:19grew in two ways that added fat to them, that is, they added them in fat.
01:24High levels of high hormone and IGF-1 were also measured after intensive physical activity.
01:30These increases in testosterone levels, high hormone and IGF-1,
01:34led to improvements in muscle rejuvenation, muscle building, and increased strength.
01:40And it should be noted that these results were found in men and women alike.
01:44Inflammation of insulin is a side effect that is sometimes associated with optimization for athletic performance.
01:49And it should be noted that a decrease in insulin sensitivity causes a decrease in glucose secretion by the esophagus,
01:55and an increase in glucose levels in the blood.
01:57And in fact, a chronic increase in glucose levels in the blood can lead to an increase in fat,
02:02and ultimately to a type 2 diabetes, as well as a decrease in insulin sensitivity,
02:07which may lead to glycogen depletion, a maximum level due to intensive physical activity.
02:12Intensive physical activity is assisted by increasing insulin sensitivity in three main ways.
02:16First, exercise is associated with insulin to allow for a higher level of glucose secretion in the esophagus,
02:21and an optimal release from the esophagus in response to glucose levels in the blood.
02:25In addition, exercise is found in enzymes that require a higher level of insulin secretion to the esophagus
02:31during glucose secretion.
02:33This is what is called insulin sensitivity.
02:35If there is a decrease in insulin sensitivity,
02:38insulin has an advantage in being able to connect to the esophagus,
02:41and therefore glucose will not secrete well in the esophagus in the same efficiency.
02:45And the third way exercise can help is with its antidepressant effect.
02:50It helps to reduce fat in the esophagus,
02:53which acts to maintain the health of the esophagus,
02:56and helps to maintain insulin sensitivity.
02:58So you're probably wondering, what are the good sources in our diet for exercise?
03:02So good sources for exercise supplements are a variety of diets.
03:06And there is a saying that the best biological supplement for exercise is from the living world.
03:11Like, for example, frozen meat,
03:13also in fish and chicken of course.
03:15For weight-loss athletes, you can use
03:17full-fat meat,
03:18in general full-fat meat,
03:19beef,
03:20eggs,
03:21onions,
03:22zucchini,
03:23tofu,
03:24and soy.
03:25And note that these sources from the diet are lower biological supplements
03:27compared to the living world.
03:29These are phytates,
03:31which can be connected to the esophagus,
03:33also to other minerals like sodium,
03:35which helps to reduce fat in the esophagus.
03:39For more information on exercise,
