00:00These blood tests have to be done for athletes who take steroids.
00:04Hello, this is Koby Ezra, your doctor for health and fitness.
00:07Athletes who take steroids need to do a blood test panel
00:12that is essential for the elimination of possible negative effects on systems and various organs in our body.
00:17And most of all, you have to take into account the following tests.
00:20For example, tests for weight loss, HIV and steroid menopause
00:24are likely to cause weight loss and weight loss.
00:27The tests must include transferase alleles, which is called ALT,
00:32aspartate transminase, which is called AST,
00:35gamma-glutamyl transferase, which is called GGT,
00:39and alkaline phosphatase, which is called ALP, bilirubin, and albumin.
00:44Tests for kidney failure,
00:46HIV and steroid menopause are likely to cause kidney failure,
00:51there is a blood urine nitrogen test,
00:53or in Hebrew translation, blood urine nitrogen test,
00:56or in short, BUN, B-U-N,
00:59and serum creatinine levels,
01:01fat profile in the blood,
01:03HIV and steroid menopause are likely to affect the appearance of fat metabolism,
01:08which leads to dyslipidemia,
01:10that is, high levels of fat in the blood.
01:12And the test must include total cholesterol,
01:15high-density lipoprotein, which is called HDL,
01:19low-density lipoprotein, which is called LDL,
01:23and triglycerides levels.
01:24As well as checking the hormonal profile.
01:27Being used in steroid menopause,
01:29the endocrine system may be damaged,
01:31so the tests must include
01:33the high-density testosterone level,
01:36the FSH hormone,
01:39and the LH hormone,
01:44as well as the S-radiol hormone, which is actually estrogen,
01:47and also prolactin, which is the same hormone
01:49that is secreted in hypofibrosis,
01:51and causes the secretion of milk,
01:53also in men and females, from the milk production.
01:56Of course, this is mainly the case in women at the conception stage.
01:59As well as a blood count,
02:01the Complete Blood Count,
02:03or in short, CBC,
02:05to estimate potential hematological changes,
02:07including polycythemia.
02:09Polycythemia is actually a mutation of erythrocytes,
02:11a mutation of red blood cells,
02:13or other mutations.
02:15The test can help in the identification
02:17of many symptoms,
02:19such as anemia, the disease of the immune system,
02:21and blood cancer.
02:23And I would like to point out that in sports
02:25that use steroid menopause,
02:27the hemoglobin level tends to rise
02:29more than necessary,
02:31thus increasing the risk
02:33of a brain injury,
02:35and this is due to the thicker blood.
02:37Therefore, in the past,
02:39they would use steroid menopause
02:41in order to prevent anemia,
02:43or, more accurately, low hemoglobin.
02:45However, too much is not good for the brain.
02:47There is also an examination for
02:49hematological symptoms,
02:51i.e. there is a test of the levels of
02:53C-reactive protein,
02:55or in short, CRP.
02:57And there is a more sensitive test,
02:59which is called HS-CRP,
03:01i.e. a CRP with a higher sensitivity,
03:03in order to estimate a hematological
03:05level that is likely to rise
03:07among steroid users.
03:09As well as a hematological profile,
03:11and consider the potential for
03:13creating hematopoiesis.
03:15There is also a test of fibrinogen.
03:17These tests provide a comprehensive
03:19assessment of the negative
03:21potential effects of using
03:23steroid menopause on weight
03:25and kidney functions, fatty acids
03:27metabolism, hormonal balance,
03:29hematological condition,
03:31dilated conditions, and other hematopoiesis.
03:33Stable and active elimination
03:35in order to detect hemorrhages in the long term.
03:37That is, to prevent the hemorrhage and then treat it,
03:39but the brain is likely to prevent it.
03:41And of course, if you have any questions,
03:43feel free to ask me here in the comments below,
03:45and I will be happy to answer you.
