* raw mango ( कच्चा आम ) 500 gram
* Sugar ( चीनी ) 250 gram
* cumin powder ( जीरा पाउडर ) 1/2 Tsp
* ginger powder ( अदरक पाउडर ) 1/2 Tsp
* cardamom powder ( इलायची पाउडर ) 1/2 Tsp
* Black salt ( काला नमक ) 1/2 Tsp
* Kashmiri Lal mirch powder ( कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) 1 Tbsp
* salt ( नमक ) 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin ( जीरा ) 1 Tsp
* Fenugreek ( मेथी ) 1/2 Tsp
* carom seed ( अजवायन ) 1/2 Tsp
* nigella seeds ( कलौंजी ) 1 Tsp
* green fennel ( हरी सौंफ ) 1 tsp

01:05To make super tasty sweet and sour Chutney,
01:09we will first take half kg mangoes.
01:13Wash the mangoes well with water.

03:221 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder.

03:29You can add salt as per your taste.
03:32Now we will mix everything well.
03:35Friends, Kashmiri red chilli is not spicy.
03:38It makes chutney tasty and beautiful.
03:42Now we will turn the gas to low.
03:44And for chutney, we will make whole spices.
03:47To make whole spices, we have taken a small pan.
03:51We will spread it on the gas and turn the gas to medium.
03:54Now we will add 1 tsp cumin seeds to it.
04:00Half tsp fenugreek seeds.
04:02Half tsp fenugreek seeds.
04:06Half tsp carom seeds.
04:11Little bit of black cumin seeds.
04:141 tsp green fennel seeds.
04:17And we will sauté it lightly.
04:23Now you can see, the colour of the spices has changed.

04:41And we will grind it finely.

05:08And we will keep stirring it till it becomes sticky.
