* Raw Mango ( कच्चा आम ) 500 gram
* Mustard oil ( सरसों का तेल ) 2 Tbsp
* Fennel ( सौंफ ) 1 Tsp
* Fenugreek ( मेंथी ) 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin ( जिर्रा ) 1 Tsp
* Black Mustard ( काली सरसों ) 1 Tsp
* Carom seeds ( अजवायन ) 1/2 Tsp
* Nigella seed ( कलौंजी ) 1/2 Tsp
* asafoetida ( हींग ) 2 Pinch
* Sugar ( चीनी ) 200 gram
* Black salt ( काला नमक ) 1 Tsp
* Salt ( नमक ) 1 Tsp
* coriander powder ( धनिया पाउडर ) 1 Tsp
• Turmeric powder ( हल्दी पाउडर ) 1/2 Tsp
* snack spice ( चाट मसाला ) 1 Tsp
* kashmiri red chilli ( कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च ) 1 Tbsp

02:34Add 1 tsp black cumin seeds.
02:37Add 2 pinch asafoetida.
02:40Mix it well.
02:43Let it crackle.
02:48When the spices crackle, add chopped mango.

03:32This is 200 gm sugar. You can add sugar as per your taste.

04:26Add 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder.

04:35Adding kashmiri red chilli powder does not make it spicy.
04:39And it will give a nice colour to the lauji.
