Gotta luv Upright Rows. I've been doing them over THREE DECADES and still love 'em. You'll see 4 sets of triples and a fiver with 135lb. Hands down, these are one of the best lifts for building a strong grip!! They also work Biceps, Delts and Traps. Like ANY lift, start light, learn the movement and work up in weight OVER TIME!!
