Sometimes called Clavicle Bent Rows, except these were pulled just below to the top sternal bone, aka Manubrium. Upper Arms are perpindicular to the Torso so we're talking lotso Mid Traps & Rear Delts. Shown is 49lb, 140½lb, 192½lb, 1x4,2x231lb with a Clean-ish Grip(no Hook Grip). To figure out the grip width, you kinda want to think where the hands want to be at the top. Bringing my hands a finger width or two wider than my Clean grip felt best. When the grip is too narrow, you feel cramped or boxed in at the top. Upper Hams working hard to keep me from falling over.These just felt great today! Bunch o' good goin' on here...God Bless!
