Went old school with some Bent Rows done with legs STRAIGHT as the were originally done. Sure won't need as many Good Mornings when doing these!! Used an Underhand Grip for a change of pace. I am using my new 2nd Gen WEIDER Olympic Set from 1954. These are the NICEST plates I have ever owned. They are machined 6 ways to Sunday...WOW!! I am using the waxed version of the 45s on the bar as well: what a difference!! Even the casting on the full set is much cleaner!!
Kinda surprised how good Bent Rowing with straight legs felt. Not only does it give the Lower Back some extra work but, the Hams get opened up as well!! God Bless!!
