Not Quite an Inch Axle is 2.36" thick.
Hip actually felt much better today!! A bit of warming up via Cross Leg Side Bends with a 50lb scale weight and I was feeling good enough to give those Axle Muscle Cleans & Front Squats another go!
Started out with 130.5 lb, then went to 180.75lb and then not only did I get that 221lb I missed yesterday, I got it THREE TIMES...Hallelujah!! Certainly wasn't expecting that. You don't know until you know right??
