NQI Axle Hang Kelly Snatch

10X35.5lb, 8X46.5lb Really great stretch going on in the lower Biceps and upper forearms by using the Not Quite an Inch Axle which is 2.36" thick. This seemed to break up some scar tissue I had in my right elbow and it just felt great afterwards. Not long after this, my elbows felt like they were greased!! The movement was so smooth!! Praise the Lord!! Lots of good going on in this old time strongman lift from the 1930s...Hamstring mobility, shoulder mobility, Biceps & forearms get stretched out AND you can build some grip strength as well!!
