Another Old Time Strongman lift. Again, trying to keep the torso upright with the feet together. First is with 35lbers and it was a bit rough. Tried again and it was much better but, not perfect. Last is with 30lb dumbbells and you can EASILY see how much better the technique was. Just as on the Muscle Outs to the front with the barbell, the elbow flexors got stretched right out!! So Blessed to enjoy my training this much!!
