Some Zercher Squats to work the Quads after the Cleans. 1st set was 135lb +40lb Chains. As long as I don't let the hips shoot up, I 'll stay upright and put the pressure on the Quads:right where I want. The Good Morning style pick off the ground also gives me some groin mobility work.
