Since l am doing these for my Weightlifting, the lighter weights are more like a Snatch Pull. By the time l get to my top weight, l am still able to accelerate the bar above the knees buuuut, NOT MUCH! I'm not looking to grind my CNS down to a halt.
The work: 3x2x137.25lb 2x2x187lb 1x3x249lb
The goals are to build big leg drive while keeping that back flat and still having a 'pop' at the top. Klokov Weightlifting bar used. No hook grip. What a great Friday workout! God Bless!!
