Split Snatch! ~140lb

  • last month
Baby say l ain't done no Weightlifting in a while, and l may have lost my Traps. To show 'proof of life', l offer baby a Split Snatch on a shorter 84" York Barbell
Weightlifting bar from the 1940s/50s. Not only is the bar shorter, but has longer sleeves so l'm losing about a handwidth on each side. Split Snatching this narrower grip 140lb is much easier on the shoulders than a normal Squat Style. If shoulder mobility is an issue on Snatches, try the Split Style: you just may be surprised. God Bless!
