Continuing on with the "Let's Get Weird" training session, l dug out an old friend. This is a Pitbull Strongman Log l bought back when l was competing 08'-13'-ish. Worked up to 139lb and it was a great challenge! I imagine it mimics lifting with a big stomach. It's definitely gonna force you to overextend at the top of the pull. Definitely throws the timing off! God Bless!
