After the Front Squats: https://youtu.be/LKoO3WD1f2k , l attempted TRYING to take it easy with my recently sorted rib issue on Block Clean & Jerks. Started with 78½lb, 101½lb, 138½lb, 161lb, orked up to some singles w/188½lb and missing w/199lb. l like where they're going! Front foot slid off the platform, making things interesting for a couple of seconds! This 1980s York Weightlifting bar has surprisingly good rotation! 7 weeks to get the RIGHT work done! God Bless!
