6 sets w/137lb followed by two sets w/160lb. As you'll see, it was one Clean & TWO Jerks. Three interesting things happened. My grip on the Jerk 'worked its way in' becoming narrower than l thought l should be using. I wound up relaxing my grip on the bar in the Rack position which may OR may not came about as a consequence of the narrower grip. Lastly, l felt l was able to brace the Shoulder Girdle downwards better. See how the positions improved throughout? Very much encouraged by this! Hope you've had a great weekend! God Bless!!
