Ramping up for a Weightlifting meet which means Jumps & Snatch work, right? Kneeling Jumps into a Squat and Jump onto an 18" Atlas Stone followed by another jump off the stone to the ground. Sure feels nice doing some athletic type work! These were supersetted with Snatch Balances working up to 45.45kg/100lb. This is such a great warm-up for the muscles, joints, nerves & mind. Really excited to be jumping back into Weightlifting. Hope YOUR training excites YOU! God Bless!
