Needing a heavier alternative to Goblet Squats I came up with a Barbell Goblet Style Squat or Gobbell Squat. Even though I am using a much harder to lift Exercise Set, I still managed a 10.75lb PR! Praise the Lord!! These are much more exacting than Front Squats. If the bar moves out just a bit, the set is OVER. The other bonus is NO Power Rack is needed AND you strengthen your arms for heavier Curls!! What's not to love??
