Man, these felt great. Notice that I actually 'ROW' the weight?? I pull up AND in getting some External Rotation @ the shoulder joint sooooo its actually STRENGTHENING the Rotator Cuff. You can see that the elbows are pointed to the back at the top which can ONLY happen through External Rotation. There's also a good bit of Mid Trap, Rhomboids & Rear Delt work being done. Who needs Face Pulls?! God Bless!
