These deep One Hand Overhead Squats w/Brutus(105¾lb, 2 ¾" handle thickness) are going to serve me well. That extra Torso Rotation needed to get the Ribcage to fall between the knees is NUTZ! The right side had an old injury flare up halfway through the workout, which made things 'interesting'! l can clearly feel how these will help me rotate better at the bottom of my Bent Presses. I definitely better understand Sig Klein's thoughts on using more rotation! Always something to learn...God Bless!
