00:00It's Monday morning, we are at Shrewsbury's town Sunderland Castle training base and we have just spoken to head coach Gareth Ainsworth ahead of another home fixture on Tuesday night against Huddersfield Town.
00:14The Terriers come to the Crown Meadow in decent form and it is the rearranged fixture of the game that was meant to be played last month but was postponed due to a frozen pitch.
00:26It's probably a game that Shrewsbury could do without given the fixture congestion this week. They have got another big game on Saturday against Stevenage which does feel like a much more winnable clash for Gareth Ainsworth's men.
00:38Some positive news on the injury front, he said that Aaron Pierre and George Lloyd will be on the grass hopefully today to train ahead of the fixture.
00:50You have got to take it with a little pinch of salt because the boss at times can be a little bit vague with his injury updates. He likes to keep the opposition guessing which is completely understandable.
01:01Disappointing result for Shrewsbury but Ainsworth emphasised just quite how proud of his team he was on Saturday in the first half performance and how well they did against the Bolton side.
01:16He just re-emphasised the fact that in the second half they were overrun by a side that has got an awful lot of ability.
01:24This is an important run for Shrewsbury. I asked Gareth whether he was aware of the fact that Shrewsbury at one stage were level on points with Peterborough who were in 20th position on Saturday.
01:34He said he was not aware of that but that just kind of demonstrates the progress that has been made during his time at Shrewsbury so far.
01:42Of the games that he had left he said he is pretty much around the halfway mark and he is pretty confident that if they can replicate what they have done in the first half of his tenure of this season then they will be safe come the end of the season.
01:58It is set to be a big week in Shropshire. Lots of home games to come as Shrewsbury are fighting to get points on the board to propel themselves up the league one table.
