Bhendi chi bhaji / Lady finger receipe

Ingredients –

500 gm – bhendi / ladies finger
4-5 green chillies
9-10 garlic pieces
1 tea spoon – cumin seeds
½ tea spoon turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.

Wash ladies finger, dry it & cut it.
Always ladies finger should be totally dry before tadka / tempering
Now take a fry pan, pour 3-4 tea spoon oil for tempering/tadka, put cumin seeds, garlic pieces, green chillies, salt to taste, turmeric powder, ladies finger in it & mix / stir well for 2 minutes on high gas. Then after keep for 10-15 mins on medium gas without lid.
Now it is ready to eat. Serve hot with chappati.
