Thickhat shevachi Bhaji / Spicy shev receipe

Ingredients -

100 gram – spicy shev
2-3 small onions
2-3 green chillies
5-6 garlic cloves
½ tea spoon cumin seeds
½’ tea spoon turmeric powder
3 – 4 spoon of oil for tempering / tadka
1 small glass of water
Salt to taste

Procedure

Heat oil in kadai, put cumin seeds, garlic, green chillies, onion, turmeric powder in it, stir it well, after onion appears reddish, pour 1 small glass of water in tadka, put salt to taste in it ( keep in mind that readymade spicy shev includes salt in it). Cover the lid for 1 minute on low flame & your shevbhaji is ready to eat.

Finally garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati/roti.
