00:26In an interview with Luvelio Aguarin, Chief of the Regional Agriculture and Fisheries Information Section of the Department of Agriculture Bicol,

00:33he said that there are farmers cooperatives and associations that stock vegetables and rice,

00:38but it is difficult for them to bring these to the families.

00:42That's why they plan to immobilize all cattle on wheels and trucks of the government

00:49for a full force and wider mobilization of cattle on wheels.

01:43vegetable seeds, corn seeds, and livestock biologics for farmers and fishermen affected by the Christian earthquake.
