00:00In accordance with the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,

00:03he ordered the Public Works Department to be used as private companies

00:08in the build better more project of the government

00:12for the road clearing of the Marseille storm.

00:15The agencies of the government are also on high alert

00:18as they prepare for the storm.

00:25In accordance with the strengthening of the Marseille storm,

00:28President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. alerted the agencies of the government

00:33in front of the city of Banta of its possible effect.

00:36The executives of the agencies urged them to have a proper system of communication

00:41for the quick notification to the affected residents.

00:44Especially, the witnesses of the agencies

00:47are always based on the movement of the citizens.

00:51The DPWH and DOTR were also ordered to stand by for the possible clearing operations

00:56and were instructed that the private companies' vehicles should be ready to help

01:01as part of the build better more program of the government.

01:04The executives also said that the government's rescue equipment should be on alert

01:09by now to help in the upcoming rescue operations.

01:13It should also be around the clock to guard the rivers and other sources of water

01:18while it should follow the protocols of the dams in case of a potential flood.

01:25The President also urged the relief goods to be in a safe place

01:29so that they can be distributed to those affected by the storm.

01:32He also thanked the health care workers for being there

01:37to give medical attention to those in need.

01:40The President also reminded the importance of being ready and careful

01:45because he believes that every life is important.
