00:04to see the situation of our countrymen who were affected by Hurricane Julian.

00:16President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. visited some places affected by Hurricane Julian in Basco, Batanes.

00:24Including Barangay Sianarian, where some houses were hit by light materials.

00:30Punong Ejecutivo also visited the Basco Central School affected by Hurricane Julian.

00:36The Department of National Defense and Office of Civil Defense distributed 10 kilos of rice to 4,000 beneficiaries.

00:47gave 3,000 pesos to 2,000 recipients of aid for the Kapos Ang Kita Program or AKAP.

00:55The provincial local government unit of Batanes received 800 pieces of iron and 800 pieces of lumber.

01:10The Speaker of the House requested 15 million to be released for assistance.

01:18The Office of the President also requested 25 million to be released for assistance.

01:25President Marcos Jr. also assured that the residents have clean drinking water.
