00:03President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. assured the whole-of-government approach
00:08in addressing the needs of our countrymen affected by the storm.

00:23The storm hit Batanes.
00:26This was witnessed by the Batanes Police Provincial Office
00:29at around 2 a.m. earlier
00:31when heavy rain and gusts of wind were seen.
00:34The waves were also high in some coastal areas
00:37because of the wind, so some trees almost fell.

00:43the oldest church in the town of Itbayat,
00:46the Santa Maria de Mayan Church, was destroyed.
