00:17I have right here a phone that Xiaomi just announced.
00:20If you've been following the channel,
00:22you know that we had a lot of fun with the Note 9 series.
00:24We're at 10 now and we're also doing the Pro version.
00:28Let's see what this phone can do.
00:31Guys and girls, the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
00:34This is exciting to me because this means there's a peach version.
00:38Nothing up top.
00:39Redmi Note 10 Pro with easy access to the Google Apps you need most.
00:44Same on this side.
00:46At the bottom, it tells us that I have the Onyx Gray version.
00:49Not this color, unfortunately.
00:516GB RAM, 128GB of storage.
00:56So, let's see what's inside.
01:02First up, we have this sleeve.

01:57So, that is the camera bump.
01:58It's pretty unique but it sort of reminds me of the camera module of the Mi 11

02:05I mean, they're not the same but they're similar.
02:08I like how the light bounces off the back of this phone.
02:11It makes it even prettier and this is a solid feeling phone
02:15although I believe that the back is plastic.
02:19So, it is not glass.
02:21That camera module has a tiny bump on this side
02:24and we can see that clearly.
02:26And on this side, there's a volume rocker and a power button
02:30and I think this is a fingerprint scanner.
02:33We'll see later on.
02:34At the bottom, there are speakers, a USB-C port.
02:38On the other side, we have the SIM tray
02:41which houses two SIM slots and a microSD slot.

02:46Up top, we have the audio jack speakers
02:49and I think this is a mic and an IR blaster.
02:52Xiaomi phones are known to have IR blasters.

03:26Now, this phone does tend to get smudgy
03:28so I'd suggest to use the case that it comes with.
03:31And also, that button on the right.
03:33We were right.
03:34It's a fingerprint unlock.
03:35Now, this is a 120Hz screen.
03:38Something that probably gamers will be appreciating.
03:42I will also say that even after just having this phone
03:45like for a few days, I have managed to watch
03:48like a season of Attack on Titans on this.
03:51Okay, it's just that good, okay?

03:54You guys, you should watch this.
03:56Anyway, time for the actual camera tour.
04:00So first off, we have photos.
04:01We have wide, 1x, 2x, up until 10x.
04:09Up here, you have flash settings, HDR settings, AI camera.
04:13Of course, you have different filters.
04:15You have different beauty modes.
04:17You have Google Lens and under settings,
04:21you have the movie frame mode.
04:23You have a super macro mode.
04:25I will show you like some quick samples later on
04:27because I am impressed with this.
04:29You can also do timer, change size, tilt shift,
04:32and time burst from up here.
04:34And then on the right side, we have portrait mode.
04:37Of course, there's AI up here as well.
04:39You can pick out different cinematic effects from here.
04:43We first saw this on the Mi 11.
04:46So you guys, you can check out my video on that

04:50Here, you can of course toggle the blur.
04:52So that's an aperture of 1 up until 16.
04:56And then finally, beauty filters and different filters.
04:59Up here, you more or less have the same thing.
05:02Settings, movie frame, different size, timer.
05:06Under more, you have a night mode
05:08and it can do 1x, 2x, or 1x, 2x up until 10x.
05:14No wide it seems.
05:15From here, same setting menu.
05:18Under more, you have 108MP mode.
05:20Again, that whole thing is all about the main shooter
05:23being 108MP but the camera actually shooting
05:26smaller photos using pixel binning
05:29to come up with better photos.
05:30But if you want to shoot a 108MP image,
05:32this is the mode you go to.
05:34You also have flash settings, different filters,
05:38settings, and then there's short video mode.
05:41The mode to be if you want to be posting stuff
05:44on social media.
05:45So this allows you to shoot 15-second clips
05:47and then directly share to social media.
05:50Like your account should come up here
05:52so you can post on feed, stories, Twitter,
05:54stuff like that.
05:55And this has built-in modes like it has super slow mode
05:59and super fast mode.
06:00It has different filters, kaleidoscope mode.
06:05You have beauty filters and you can add background music.
06:09You don't even have to download background music.
06:10Like it's all here.
06:12You can use wide 1x, 2x up until 6x on this.
06:19Now just to quickly explain, this mode is the workaround
06:22for Android users and the quality of the photo
06:26they shoot on social media.
06:27So instead of shooting with like let's say
06:29your Instagram app, you shoot via this camera mode
06:32and quality should be way better.
06:34You also have panorama, document scanner, always useful,
06:37the vlog mode.
06:39And this is a mode that I really enjoy using.
06:42So this basically allows you to shoot like...
06:53Yeah, cinematic stuff via these templates.
06:56All you really need to do is pick one
06:58and then you just hold it out.
07:00It will shoot stuff.
07:04By itself and then it will edit it by itself.

07:14of how this mode works.
07:15And then there's slow motion.
07:19Can you zoom in or out?
07:21Up until 3x and under settings, you can do 1080 or 720
07:26and you can do up until 960 on 720.
07:28On 1080, you can do 120.
07:31And then you have time-lapse mode.
07:33You can use wide, 1x, 2x, up until 6x on this mode.
07:40And you can change the speed.
07:43So you can do 4x up until 18,000x
07:46and you can adjust it via duration as well.
07:49Under here, it can give you 4k.
07:53You can do 4k on time-lapse.
07:55And then dual video mode.
07:57Great for social media.
07:59So you can do this mode, this mode,
08:02and zoom in or out.
08:04Basically using both cameras front and back at the same time.
08:08Long exposure.
08:09Now this is for those night shots,
08:11light night shots, dark light night shots.
08:14You know what I mean.
08:15There are different modes too that you can use.
08:18And it gives you instructions per mode.
08:20The funnest Xiaomi camera mode, clone mode.
08:23So basically this allows you to do like photos like this
08:26where there are double versions of you
08:30or videos or freeze framing.
08:33Again, I have samples of this on my Mi 11 social media test.

08:39And of course, you can edit the camera module
08:41to put in the modes that you use most.
08:44On the other side, on video.

08:47So on video, you can do wide, 1x, 2x, up until 6x.

09:46Now unfortunately, it doesn't look like there's pro mode on selfie.
09:50But on video mode.

09:53On video mode, we can do live beauty filters.

10:01Yeah, I mean it's a toggle.
10:02I usually do filters like sort of here.
10:04I always say beauty modes are fun.
10:07Use it like makeup to enhance how you look.
10:10But never be ashamed of you without filter.
10:13You also have different filters here.
10:17And then you can shoot up until 1080p.
10:19There's a movie frame mode as well.
10:22On photos, we cannot zoom in or out.
10:26There is a more dedicated beauty mode here.
10:31There are also different filters, HDR, AI.
10:34And of course, my favorite.
10:41Yeah, palm shutter is the secret to any effortless selfie.
10:44And then you have portrait mode on selfie.
10:48You can do f16, f1.
10:52You have all the different cinematic effects.
10:53You have AI.
10:54And then we're back to more.
