00:00Time for another camera vlog test. This time we're doing the Vivo V21 5G.
00:09Good day, you beautiful people. Welcome to Isa Das Tech where we do tech in your life in style.
00:14You heard that right, we're taking the cameras of the Vivo V21 5G out for a spin. We're gonna find
00:19out in this video if it not only looks good on the outside, also on the photos and videos it takes.
00:26So yes, I am gonna run around and shoot with these rear cameras so you can see for yourself
00:31just how well these cameras perform. And by the way, in this video we're gonna be focusing on
00:34the three cameras on the back because I already did a selfie test with this phone. I'll link it
00:38up here and down below. Anyway, let's start with the social media test. So what we're gonna do is
00:43we're gonna be shooting stories for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook on the Vivo V21 5G. And
00:50for science, I have two other phones here. I have an iPhone and an Android phone and this
00:55is another Vivo phone. So after shooting our stories with the Vivo V21 5G, both in the app
01:01and using the original camera app of the phone, we're gonna be looking at how they look like on
01:07these phones. And yes, to answer the burning question, you'll be able to use the dual LED
01:17on Instagram stories. All you need to do is tap that flash button and you're good to go.
01:24Especially useful for shooting stories in dark places. Right, so we have an iPhone and an Android.
01:30Let's check out how the stories look.
01:32Social media test. This is the Vivo V21 5G but being shot via the Instagram app.
01:38This is the front-facing camera and this is the rear. Hi.
01:43Yeah. Audio coming from this.
01:47Being shot with a front-facing camera on the native camera app of the phone.
01:54I am shooting with the rear camera now. If you're hearing a slight buzzing,
01:57that's because I turned on the AC. It's too hot. Yeah.
02:01So I wanted to see if you could do the dual LED fill light on a Facebook call and look.
02:07Yeah. I don't think you can turn on the flash for calls. Let me see.
02:15Okay, so how it works when it comes to the dual flash up front. So it's looking like
02:19it works for apps that allow you to turn on the flash, like for Instagram stories.
02:24However, for Telegram calls or Facebook calls, I couldn't find the flash option.
02:30Though, like you saw, there was a beauty mode option for calls. So that meant
02:37you could go on calls even if you hadn't made up your face. Very useful.
02:41On the other hand is how stories look on Facebook. Audio will be coming from this phone.
02:46Wow. Okay. I didn't realize you had filters on Facebook as well. So yes,
02:49I'm shooting with the V21 5G using the Facebook app right now.
02:54And now you're looking at video being shot with a front-facing camera
02:58on the native camera app of the phone.
03:04TikTok test. So this is the Vivo V21 I'm shooting with right now. And this is what TikToks would
03:08look like if you shoot with this phone straight on the TikTok app. This is Chu. Hi, Chu.
03:15And on the other hand, this is the front-facing camera.
03:19Okay, so we've already done a whole selfie test with the front-facing camera of this phone. And
03:23if you haven't seen it, I'll link that video down below. This time around, let's check what type of
03:27videos the rear cameras can do. For context, this thing packs a 64-megapixel main shooter,
03:33an 8-megapixel wide-angled camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Right. Back to the vlog.
03:40First off, we're shooting 1080p 30fps. This is 1x and you can zoom up until...
03:4910x. There's also a wide-angle option here. So as you can see, the shot is definitely
03:55way wider. Now we're doing 1080p 60fps and this can zoom up until 10x as well.
04:02Now, worth it to note that I did try to do a wide shot with this, but it seems like it's
04:08reverting to 30fps. Finally, this is a 4k video. It can do up until 2x and 10x. Yeah, I am completely
04:17aware that I won't be exporting this whole video in 4k, but sometimes, depending on the phone,
04:24it sort of processes the different formats or the different videos differently. So at least now,
04:29you get to see and compare. Again, showing off that front-facing camera OIS, we're going to
04:36check out the dog so that you can see more video samples and also look at the cuteness.
04:44Hello! Hi! So this is zooming into 10x.
04:56Oh my gosh! Hello cutie pies!
05:02Cutie pie! Hello!
05:14So
05:22so
05:39like mentioned, there is a wide-angle shooter on this, though it is the main shooter that truly
05:44shines. Even the 2x photos look great. There's also an option to shoot with the bokeh lenses,
05:52and you can switch out the aperture, which as you can see in these samples, do make a difference.
05:57Even without that mode though, I love the natural blur on the main camera,
06:01as you can see here in photos where I switch the focus point around.
06:14Even on video, that natural bokeh impresses,
06:17and well, that OIS always comes in handy for shots like this.
06:45It's time for some low-light shooting, and we're doing that in the comfort of my own room.
06:53I'm gonna be turning off that light to see, okay don't look at my laptop, but yeah, that
07:00light to see how these cameras performed in not-so-ideal lighting situations.
07:06Okay, here we go. So I just have this sunset lamp turned on, and this is what front-facing
07:16video looks like. Although like I said, I've already done a low-light selfie shootout,
07:21so this is gonna be how the rear cameras look. So hi, I am wearing pajamas right now. This is for
07:29a Vivo event, actually. That's why they look so nice. But yeah, let's take some photos.
07:44And that was our look at the Vivo V21 5G. Let me know what you guys think about how the cameras
07:50perform. All details on pricing and availability, I'll link in the description below. If you want
