00:00Hello there. There's plentiful amounts of sunshine for many of us throughout Sunday
00:04and the coming week, but there are a few exceptions to that, chiefly across western Scotland where
00:10we'll see cloudier skies and outbreaks of rain and drizzle. This cloud pushing its way
00:15into Northern Ireland, though tending to brighten up here as Sunday afternoon goes on. Northwest
00:21England also seeing an influx of this cloud at times as well, but where the sunshine persists
00:26it'll be feeling warm with highs of 28 degrees Celsius in south east England, 22 degrees
00:32Celsius in eastern Scotland. So plenty of late sunny intervals as we move into Sunday
00:38evening and these turning into clear skies overnight. Perhaps some shallow mist patches
00:44forming across Wales, Northern Ireland, central England, but readily clearing after dawn.
00:49The cloud persisting a bit more across northwest Scotland where it will be breezy as well,
00:53but temperatures for everyone largely holding up in double digits. Some rural locations
00:58could drop down into single figures though. As we move into next week, high pressure will
01:04be the dominant driving force of our weather, stuck across many areas of the UK, keeping
01:08things fine and settled. But its influence doesn't extend all the way to the north and
01:13that's allowing those fronts to fringe in across the far northwest of Scotland and we'll
01:18see that as we move throughout Monday as well with the Outer Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland
01:22seeing outbreaks of rain and further drizzle throughout the day. Many other areas staying
01:27dry with lengthy sunny periods, perhaps a bit more cloud across Lincolnshire down into
01:32East Anglia as well throughout the day, but still a pleasant day nonetheless. Temperatures
01:38gradually beginning to build with highs now of 29 degrees across the south east, 23 across
01:44eastern Scotland and we'll see this build in temperatures continue as we move throughout
01:48the week, tending to rise by a degree or so each day. By the end of the week, climbing
01:53towards 30 degrees Celsius and above. You can keep up to date with all of that though
01:59by following us on social media and we'll see you again here soon. Bye bye!
