00:00Hello there. Hope you're having a good weekend so far. Southern areas of the UK

00:04have seen clear blue seas and skies throughout Saturday. Very few clouds to

00:10be seen. A contrast though, further north the latest radar shows the rain that's

00:14been pushing through across Scotland and this will continue as we move into

00:19Saturday evening. The potential for some more persistent and heavy bursts at

00:23times. The winds tending to ease down but still remaining fairly breezy in the

00:29northwest. Light winds for many areas of England, Wales and Northern Ireland and

00:34clear intervals throughout the night. Some mist possible across Wales, southwest

00:38England but a fairly pleasant night with temperatures holding up around 10 to 12

00:42degrees in towns and cities. A bit lower in some rural locations. A fairly bright

00:48start to Sunday morning for England and Wales with plenty of sunshine throughout

00:53the day. Do remember that UV levels will be high so make sure to protect your

00:58skin if heading out and about. Further spells of rain for Western Scotland.

01:02These potentially fringing into Northern Ireland and the far north of England.

01:06Eastern Scotland tending to see drier and brighter spells and temperatures

01:11also climbing here but the peak will be in the southeast of England with highs

01:15of 27 Celsius. So feeling warm as we move into Sunday evening with plenty of late

01:21sunshine. The sky is also clearing a bit more for Northern Ireland but always

01:26that bit cloudier across Scotland. If you're looking for a forecast for the

01:30forthcoming week well this weekend will be a fairly good example of what to

01:34expect. High pressure is gonna stay rooted across many areas of the UK

01:38keeping things dry and settled. Its influence doesn't extend all the way

01:42across Scotland and that will allow the frontal systems to just fringe in here.

01:46So any rain is likely to be limited to the far north. Meanwhile temperatures

01:51will be gradually climbing throughout the week edging towards 30 degrees
