01:04elected government. Investigations have identified a foreign mercenary, Andrew Nguyen, also known as
01:12Andrew Povich or Drew Povich, a British national, who built a network of sleeper cells to topple
01:18the government and plunge the nation into chaos. He rented a space at Labour House Abuja for an
01:26Ivor Valley bookshop and established Stars of Nations schools as a cover for his subversive
01:32activities. Documentary evidence and confessions revealed that Andrew Nguyen issued directives,

01:45regime change in Nigeria. He mobilized and deployed several millions of Naira to his Nigerian

07:14These suspects include Angel Law, innocent female, Ofaluwa Eleojo Simon, male, Michael
07:25Etomilova Ajaramuyi, aka Lenny, male, Suleyman Yakubu, male, Gwari Lawa, male, Mosiu Sadiq,
07:36male, Abayo Ami, aka Yemi, male, Abdusalam Zubairu, male, Muradin Amis, male, and Bashir
07:46Bilu, male. These acts, like I said earlier, are in clear violation of the terrorism prevention
07:54acts of 2011 and other regular laws of this country. Meanwhile, the Inspector General of
08:01the Federal Republic of Nigeria, IGP Kaode, and the Ombudsman for PAD, NPM, while condemning
08:09the activities of the group, have since activated the Interpol tools and other global policing
08:17networks to support ongoing domestic investigations aimed at locating and apprehending the suspects
08:26at large. The IGP assures the general public that the force will leave no stone unturned
08:33in dealing with and bringing to the surface any individual or group threatening our national
08:41security and peace, or promoting any movement with the motive of truncating our democratic
08:48government through unconstitutional means. We recognize and remain committed to protecting
08:57citizens' constitutional, guaranteed, fundamental, and democratic rights through peaceful assembly
09:05and free expression. However, we advise citizens to be wary of subversive elements
09:13who weaponize and commercialize protests for personal, financial, and ideological benefits.
09:21Contrary to this information, the invitation extended to certain individuals
09:27within Nigeria Liberal Congress leadership has nothing to do with right advocacy and
09:33activities of the union leadership, but is aimed at clearing the relationship between
09:40the individuals and Andrew Nguyen, who, in addition to promoting unconstitutional regime
09:47change, is also financing terrorism in Nigeria. Following the interaction between the police
09:54investigation team and the NRC president, there is now a clearer understanding of the focus
10:02of the ongoing police investigation and the depth of Andrew Nguyen's subversive network
10:10and activities. No nation will tolerate attempts by foreign elements to interfere in its internal
10:19affairs, threatening national security, and organize and fund local elements to instigate
