✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-
Besan (बेसन) - 1 cup
Rice flour (चावल का आटा)- 4 Spoon
Turmeric powder( हल्दी)- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - 1 tsp
Salt (नमक) - according to taste
Piping Bag (पाइपिंग बैग) - 1
Appe pan (अप्पे पैन)
Ghee/oil (घी/तेल)

Chaat stuffing
Boil Chana ( उबालें चने) - 1 cup
Boil Potato (उबालें आलू) - 1
Onion (प्याज) - 1
Tomato (टमाटर) - 1
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2
Roast cumin seed (भूना हुआ जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Salt (नमक)
Black salt (काला नमक)
Chaat masala- (चाट मसाला) -1tsp
Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) - 1tsp
Chopped coriander (कटा हुआ हरा धनिया)
Bhujiya (भुजिया)


Method to Make Katori chaat:

Take one cup of gram flour.
Add 4 spoon rice flour.
Will add turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, salt.
Add water little by little into the mixer and mix.
Will put that quail in a piping bag.
Grease the appe pan with ghee.
After heating the pan, put butter in it in the shape of a bowl.
Will roast the bowl on medium flame.
For the stuffing of chaat, we will take boiled gram, finely chopped boiled potatoes, finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, green chillies.
Add roasted cumin powder, Kashmiri red chilli, salt, black salt, chaat masala, 1 tsp lemon juice/amchoor powder, chopped coriander to the masala.
Mix everything well and the chaat stuffing is ready.
Put the chaat stuffing in a bowl and decorate with bhujia on top.
The bowl of chaat is ready, Now you can serve this katori chaat with your loved ones.
