Using a couple of Jack LaLanne 50lbers to push me down further into the stretch each time l Press. The tops of the feet and ankles REALLY needed this today! Took me a few tries to get down and be able to stay down! It was worth it: helping the nerves fire better and the blood to flow in and out easier. More often than not, MOVEMENT is the answer!
