Jack LaLanne 50lb plate getting pressed while in the same split position l use on Snatches. Weighted movement in a stretch posi6is NO joke. Each time l start to press, the reactive force pushes me down further into the bottom position. Try these for tight Hip Flexors....WOW! Don't need much weight to get the effects AND they make for a great warm-up! God Bless!!
