New lift that I've been experimenting on. The beauty of this is that the weight holds me down in the stretch position. As a rule, during a stretch, we will either due to pain and/or fatigue 'move out' or 'move away' from the tension of the stretch. It makes complete sense to want to move away from discomfort. The problem is that it greatly reduces our training results!! Using weight to force me to REMAIN in the stretched position guarantees 100% of the potential work becoming ACTUAL work done!! Hallelujah!! See how easy this concept is??
