After 30 minutes of cardio, l did some Press work in a kneeling laid back(Floor Press) position. As you can see, it took a couple of tries to get the body to open up! What's great about these is that every time l start the Press, the body is forced down deeper into the stretch as part of the force reaction of pushing against the plate. Not only did these open up the front of the ankles, knees & Hip Flexors but, today it seems to have squared up my hips. I'm feelin' GOOD! Praise the Lord!!
