00:13In the report of Radyo Pilipinas Albay,

00:15the flood in Parangay Santa Cruz in Libon has already reached its peak.

00:20In the post of the teacher, Michelle Ricascio,

00:22the flood has already reached the second floor of their house.

00:26She and her three children were trapped in the roof of their house.

00:29According to the local government,

00:31they need a big vehicle to speed up the rescue operations.

00:36Meanwhile, in Parangay Quitago,

00:37their vehicle was not able to pass the flooded Jovelan Road because of the landslide.

00:42For now, Albay is in a state of calamity because of the flood that was caused by the storm Christine.

00:49Meanwhile, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. canceled

00:52his other scheduled events or lockouts today

00:55to focus on the relief and disaster operations of various agencies related to the Christine Flood.

01:01The President will cooperate with NDRRMC and the agencies

01:12In Quezon Province,

01:13the turbidity level of the water in the surrounding reservoirs

01:15quickly increased because of the heavy rainfall caused by the Christine Flood.

01:20The floodwater entered the reservoirs because of the continuous rainfall.

01:25Hydrants, waterworks, and maintenance teams continue to monitor the water level

01:29to make sure that the water is clear.

01:30Meanwhile, several barangays like Poblacion, Buena Vista, and Aloneros

01:36are still affected by the flood because of the high water levels in the rivers.

01:43In our time, the Christine Flood remained strong

01:46while the floodwaters of Quezon Province continued to rise.

01:52The center of the flood was last seen

01:54at a distance of 310 kilometers east of Valer, Aurora.

01:58This is due to the strong wind of 85 kilometers per hour

02:01near the center and a gust of wind of up to 105 kilometers per hour.

02:06The floodwaters continued to rise at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.

02:11The second signal was high in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur,

02:28northern and eastern portions of Quezon,

02:30including Polilio Islands, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur,

02:34Catanduanes, Albay, and the northeastern portion of Sorsogon.
