00:00The amount of salt left by the 6 typhoons that hit the province of Cagayan reached 3.2 billion pesos.

00:08The Department of Agriculture is already starting the rehabilitation of the damaged houses.

00:13This is Dina Villacampa of Radyo Pilipinas with the national news.

00:19After the typhoons that passed through the province of Cagayan,

00:23houses were destroyed, flooded, or drowned in the floodwaters of the villages,

00:28or because there is no life of the animals that feed the farmers.

00:32The rice fields that were supposed to be rice fields were flooded with water.

00:36The rice fields are blackened and are of no importance to the market.

00:40It's good that, like Mr. Ronald Nambugue,

00:43his villages are insured with the help of the Free Insurance of PCIC.

00:49We were able to get the rice fields.

00:57The fishermen in Santa Ana reported that

01:00they were able to catch Leonardo and Mylene,

01:29Mr. Ronald and Leonardo are just a few of the farmers,

01:33fishermen, and livestock raisers in the province of Cagayan

01:36in the thousands of affected by the upcoming floods in the province.

01:40According to the Department of Agriculture,

01:43the province of Cagayan will receive P3.2 billion

01:46from the sector of agriculture, fisheries, and livestock,

01:50as well as the infrastructure for agriculture in Lambag, Cagayan,

01:53for the next six floods.

01:56As of now, the DA is preparing a list of farmers in Isabela

02:00who will receive the President's Rice Farmers Financial Assistance

02:04for their participation in the upcoming floods tomorrow, November 22.
