00:00It will help us rise to the occasion of the next typhoon.

00:05That's what President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. promised after the Super Typhoon Pepito hit this weekend.

00:12At the same time, the President thanked the first responders

00:17and other people who helped our countrymen.

00:21Kreisel Pardilla is in the center of the news.

00:25The Super Typhoon Pepito is about to leave the country.

00:29But the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. will not stop

00:34helping those who are affected by the typhoon.

00:37We will now carry on with the rescue of those isolated areas

00:45and the continuing relief for those who have been displaced

00:51and have no means to prepare their own meals and have no water supply.

00:57We will continue with the relief.

01:01Rebuilding will also start to continue as well.

01:05Aside from food packs, hygiene kits, and materials for the construction of houses,

01:09the administration will also provide financial assistance and livelihood to the victims of the typhoon.

01:16The Punong Ejecutivo reached out to the families of those affected by the typhoon.

01:23I'm sorry and saddened to report that we have a casualty in Cam Norte.

01:33And you know, my feelings about that is that one casualty is one casualty to many.

01:44So that is unfortunate.

01:46Despite this, President R. Marcos gave his support to the unceasing service of first responders,

01:53the local government, and everyone involved in preparing and helping the victims of the next typhoon.

02:01I still would like to congratulate and thank all the first responders,

02:06the LGUs, and all the workers.

02:09I'm sure that they are exhausted.

02:15I am sure that they have done and they continue to do and work as hard as they can.

02:22We are thankful to them.

02:24The President is also very thankful to the people who are united in love

02:30to stop the terrible aftermath of the Typhoon Pepito.

02:34At the same time, the President called on our fellow Filipinos

02:38to help those Filipinos who were affected by the typhoon this Christmas.

02:43I hope that when Christmas comes, we Filipinos will remember our fellow Filipinos

02:53who were affected by the Typhoon Pepito.

02:56I hope that when Christmas comes, we will share our grief with them.
