00:11According to Secretary Recto, under the General Appropriations Act of 2024, there are enough funds under the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund and Quick Response Fund to carry out disaster relief operations.
00:29It is divided into 500 billion U.S. dollars of standby credit line, a rapid response option facility, and other contingent emergency response components from the World Bank and Post Disaster Standby Financing from Japan.
